These terms cover the Miami Temple app at miamitemple.sendward.app, its public pages, and the emails and text messages the church sends through it. By using the app or agreeing to receive messages, you accept these terms. The privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Who may use the app

Signed-in pages are for members and for the leaders the church gives access to. Public pages (sign-up, visitor card, event sign-ups, feedback surveys and games) are open to anyone.

Your account

  • Your access is personal. Do not share your sign-in links or codes.
  • Leaders see members' information only to serve them in the church's ministry. Keep it confidential, and do not copy or use it for business, political or other outside purposes.
  • Do not copy, export or share the members' directory.

What you add

  • Give accurate information, and be respectful in notes, requests and comments.
  • Upload a directory photo only of yourself.
  • The church may correct or remove anything that is wrong or not appropriate.

Text messages

  • Program: Miami Temple member messages. The church texts members about care follow-up, sign-in codes, checking contact details and church activities they are part of.
  • How you join: by giving your mobile number to the church and agreeing to receive texts on the sign-up page or with the church office. Sign-in codes are sent only when you ask for one.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop. You will receive one message confirming it. Reply START to receive messages again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact the church office.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Emails

The church emails sign-in links, invitations, reminders and messages from your leaders. To stop emails that are not needed for signing in, reply to one and ask the office.

Content written with AI help

Some texts, pictures and questions are drafted with AI tools and reviewed by the church's leaders before they are used. They are not official church statements unless the church says so.

Availability

The church offers the app as a ministry tool, as it is, and may change or pause it. As far as the law allows, the church is not responsible for losses caused by the app being unavailable or by mistakes in it.
